Medium Classic Wood Insert for Everyday Heating

The Regency Classic i2450 from Wheatland Fireplace is the straightforward middle of the wood insert line — classic wood stove styling and modern burn technology dropped into your existing masonry fireplace. A 2.3 cu. ft. firebox takes 18 inch logs and produces up to 75,000 BTU/hr, holding a burn up to 10 hours. That's real heating capacity for a Saskatoon or Regina main floor, and it comes with no catalyst to monitor or replace. Wheatland Fireplace measures your fireplace, supplies and installs the liner, and finishes the job anywhere in Saskatchewan.

FAQ

1. What opening does the i2450 need?
A minimum of 25 in. wide, 21 1/2 in. high, and 17 in. deep. Wheatland Fireplace measures your fireplace before we quote.
2. How does it compare to the i2500?
Same firebox size and log length, but the i2500 adds hybrid catalytic technology for higher efficiency and longer burns. The i2450 is simpler and more affordable.
3. How much of the house will it heat?
Up to 75,000 BTU/hr suits a main floor or a well-insulated home — it's a genuine heat source, not a decorative fire.
4. Will my chimney work?
Most masonry chimneys can be lined for an insert. Our installers assess the chimney as part of the quote.
5. Do you install outside the cities?
Yes — throughout Saskatchewan, acreages included.
