The Westport — Traditional Cast Iron with Electronic Ignition

The Enviro Westport is the classic cast iron freestanding stove: cast body, cast legs, opening cast iron doors, and a ceramic log set over a ceramic brick liner in a 26" W x 28" H x 20" D footprint. This build pairs painted black with the SIT IPI electronic ignition system and a remote, so there is no standing pilot burning gas through the off-season. It delivers 30,000 BTUs at 64.9% P4 efficiency across roughly 1,700 square feet and converts between top and rear venting. Installed across Saskatchewan by Wheatland Fireplace.

1. What is the difference between the IPI and millivolt Westport?
IPI has electronic ignition and a remote, and saves the gas a standing pilot burns year-round. Millivolt keeps burning during a power outage. City home: IPI. Acreage or cabin: usually millivolt.
2. Is a fan included?
No — the 150 CFM fan kit is a separate order. Cast iron radiates well on its own, but the fan makes a real difference in a large room.
3. Is there another finish?
Yes — Antique Chestnut, a warmer mottled enamel, and a 14-gauge steel version at a lower price.
4. Where can it be installed?
Anywhere the direct vent can be routed — top or rear vent convertible, so corners and tight walls are usually workable. We confirm clearances on site.
5. Do you install at the lake?
Yes — Wheatland Fireplace installs across all of Saskatchewan, including cabin and acreage properties.
