Mid-Size Traditional Insert with Serious Radiant Heat

The Regency Liberty Radiant LRI4E from Wheatland Fireplace is the mid-size workhorse of the Liberty insert family. Designed to maximize radiant heat and paired with a built-in blower to circulate it, the LRI4E converts an average-size Saskatoon or Regina fireplace into a 31,000 BTU heater with realistic logs, beautiful flames, and a glowing ceramic ember bed. Electronic ignition with the SureFire switch keeps starts dependable all winter, and the sealed direct vent design ends the heat loss of an open chimney for good. Measured, supplied, and installed province-wide by Wheatland Fireplace.

FAQ

1. What size of fireplace opening does the LRI4E need?
A minimum of 30" front width, 22" rear width, 20" height, and 15 3/4" depth — note the site indicates some installations may require a spacer. Wheatland Fireplace measures your fireplace before quoting.
2. How much heat will I actually feel?
The LRI4E is built for radiant output — 31,000 BTUs through heat-radiating ceramic glass, plus a blower pushing warm air into the room. It's a genuine heater, not just ambience.
3. Can it run on propane at the cabin?
Yes — the LRI4E operates on natural gas or propane, so it works for city homes and rural Saskatchewan properties alike.
4. What happens to my old chimney?
We run a sealed direct vent liner up your existing chimney — combustion air comes from outside, so your room heat stays in the room.
5. How do I get started?
Contact Wheatland Fireplace for a measure and a complete quote — we install across all of Saskatchewan from our Saskatoon and Regina showrooms.
