1. How long will one load really burn?
Up to 14 hours on a full load of dry hardwood with the air turned down — this is a once-or-twice-a-day insert, not an every-few-hours one.
2. What fireplace opening does it need?
A minimum of 29 in. wide, 21 3/4 in. high, and 19 in. deep — a larger masonry fireplace. We measure before quoting.
3. What does the digital catalytic monitor do?
It shows when the catalyst is in its efficient operating range, so you can set the air correctly instead of guessing.
4. Is it available in more than one finish?
