40,000 BTUs Behind a Modern Glass Fire Bed

The G42 Glass Burner — Modern Fire with Real Heating Power

The Enviro G42 Gas Fireplace is the mid-size clean-face unit in Enviro's G Series, and this configuration builds it as a contemporary glass burner over a black enameled liner. A 34" x 26 7/8" view, 40,000 BTUs and 69.6% P4 efficiency make it a match for open main floors up to roughly 2,000 square feet — a lot of Saskatoon and Regina bungalows in one sentence. The package includes the Cool Surface System HDK, a Slim Face in painted black, the Run-Quiet fan and the remote. Installed province-wide by Wheatland Fireplace.

FAQ

1. Glass burner or log burner — which should I choose?
Glass suits contemporary rooms and reflects the flame for a brighter, sharper look. Logs read traditional and add the ember-bed glow. Both are available in the G42 at similar prices, so it is purely taste.
2. Will it heat a whole bungalow?
Enviro rates the G42 for about 2,000 square feet. In an open plan it will carry most of the load on all but the coldest nights; in a chopped-up floor plan it heats the room it is in very well.
3. What is the Cool Surface System?
A heat-deflection kit that keeps the wall above the fireplace cool enough for combustible finishes and electronics. It is included with this unit.
4. What are the dimensions?
49" W x 50" H x 23" D, 250 lbs. Framing and venting are confirmed on site before install.
5. Do you service what you sell?
Yes — Wheatland Fireplace installs and services across Saskatchewan, so your annual service does not depend on finding someone who knows the unit.
