The Larger E Series Insert for a Larger Fireplace

The Enviro E33 Gas Insert fills the bigger masonry openings that leave a smaller insert looking lost — it needs 32" W x 20" H with 18 1/8" to 20 1/2" of depth, and returns 34,000 BTUs at 71.1% P4 efficiency across roughly 1,800 square feet. This package includes IPI electronic ignition, the 150 CFM fan, remote and steel liner, with the log set ordered separately so the fire bed is your call. Clean-face construction keeps the 27" x 16 5/8" view free of louvers. Measured, supplied and installed by Wheatland Fireplace across Saskatchewan.

1. How do I know whether I need the E30 or the E33?
It comes down to your opening: the E33 needs 32" x 20" against the E30's 27 7/8" x 19 7/8". We measure, then recommend — an insert that is too small for the opening looks wrong no matter how well it burns.
2. Is the LP conversion kit included?
No, it is ordered separately for propane installations. We include it in the quote where it applies.
3. What is the real-world heat like?
34,000 BTUs at 71.1% efficiency with a 150 CFM fan — enough to hold a main floor comfortably through a Saskatchewan cold snap.
4. Do the quick-access valve controls matter?
They make servicing and adjustment easier, and they are available with the Contemporary and Extruded surround panels. Worth asking about if the insert goes somewhere awkward.
