The Efficient E30, Built to Burn Without Power

The Enviro E30 Gas Insert turns a heat-losing masonry fireplace into a 33,000 BTU heater running at 71.4% P4 efficiency — one of the best efficiency numbers in the Enviro insert line, covering roughly 1,700 square feet. This is the millivolt (Nova) build with the SIT 820 standing-pilot valve, so the fire keeps going when the power does not. It ships with the 150 CFM fan, steel liner and LP conversion kit; the log set is ordered separately so you can choose the fire bed you want. 1. Why is the log set not included?
This configuration is priced as the firebox, fan and liner so you can choose the fire bed separately. We quote the log set, glass or rock media with the unit so nothing is a surprise.
2. What opening does the E30 need?
Install dimensions are 27 7/8" W x 19 7/8" H, with a depth range of 16 7/16" to 18 5/8". We measure your fireplace before quoting.
3. Is the millivolt version worth it?
If you are on an acreage or anywhere the power drops in a blizzard, yes — a standing pilot keeps the heat on. In the city, the electronic-ignition E30I saves the pilot gas instead.
4. How efficient is it really?
71.4% P4 — among the strongest in the Enviro insert family, and a night-and-day difference from the open fireplace it replaces.
