Electronic Ignition, 150 CFM Fan, 71.4% Efficient

The Everyday E30 — Electronic Ignition and Real Heat

The Enviro E30 Gas Insert with IPI electronic ignition is the mainstream choice for converting a masonry fireplace into a working heater: 33,000 BTUs, 71.4% P4 efficiency, roughly 1,700 square feet of coverage, and no standing pilot burning gas from May to September. This package includes the fan, remote and steel liner; the log set is ordered separately so you can pick the fire bed. It needs an opening of 27 7/8" W x 19 7/8" H with 16 7/16" to 18 5/8" of depth. Measured, supplied and installed across Saskatchewan by Wheatland Fireplace.

FAQ

1. What size fireplace opening does it need?
27 7/8" W x 19 7/8" H with a usable depth between 16 7/16" and 18 5/8". Wheatland Fireplace measures before quoting so there are no install-day surprises.
2. Why is the log set separate?
So you are not paying for a fire bed you did not choose. We quote the log set, glass or rock media alongside the insert.
3. Is 33,000 BTUs enough for a main floor?
Enviro rates it for about 1,700 square feet. In an average Saskatoon or Regina main floor it will carry the room and take real load off the furnace.
4. Does it need power to run?
The IPI ignition and fan use household power. If outage-proof heat matters to you, the millivolt E30G-S3 is the version to look at.
5. How long does an insert installation take?
Usually a single day, including the chimney liner, seal, surround and gas connection. We install province-wide.
